Creamy Cashew and Garlic Hummus

Makes: 2-3


2tbsp Meridian Smooth Cashew butter

½ small garlic clove, crushed

½ lemon

150g cooked chickpeas from a can

2tbsp olive oil


Put all of the ingredients into a food processor with salt and pepper and 2tbsp water, whizz until smooth.

If it’s too thick, add a little more water. Taste to check the seasoning, add salt, pepper or lemon to suit your taste

Notes:A great snack with veg sticks or serve as a party dip
