Peachy Palate's Rice Oat Cacao Almond Butter Protein Balls

Peachy Palate has done it again! Check out these chewy, wholesome, satisfying homemade protein bites with a nice hit of natural sweetness from the dates, along with satiating fibre and fat from the oats and almond butter.

Chocolate Almond Butter Rice Protein Balls

Preparation Time - 10 minutes

Servings - 15-16 protein balls

Ingredients

1 cup (220g) pitted Medjool dates

1 cup (90g) gluten free rolled oats

1/4 cup (30g) raw cacao powder

1/4 cup (30g) Pulsin

1/3 cup (80g) almond butter

1 tsp vanilla powder or pure vanilla extract

Pinch of Pink Himalayan Rock Salt

Directions

Place oats into your food processor and blend to a fine crumb or flour like consistency.

Remove and blitz the dates to a paste. Break it up a little in the food processor before adding in all ingredients. Blend to combine to form a dough.

Roll dough into 15-16 balls.

Store in seal tight container in the fridge for up two weeks or in the freezer for up to one month.
