Madeleine Shaw's Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

Raw chocolate peanut butter brownie cake anyone? This may be a bit of a mouthful to say, but even these six words can’t convey the deliciousness of this show stopping cake.

This gooey, rich number will impress health enthusiasts and unenthusiastists alike.

  • 300g of peanut butter
  • 150g of hazelnuts
  • 300g of medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 6 tbsp of raw cacao
  • 1 pinch of sea salt



  1. Place all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz until fully combined.
  2. Scrape into a cake tin and place in the freezer for 1 hour then into the fridge until set.
  3. Slice up and enjoy with some fresh raspberries and yogurt. It will last for 2 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!
