Lydia McCall's Metabolism Boosting Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is packed full of protein and healthy fats to super charge your metabolism and allows for blood sugar regulation to occur. Which means that this smoothie will keep your energy levels stable and power you through your morning. The almond butter adds such a nice richness and creaminess to the smoothie. You won't believe just how healthy this really is for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Alpro Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Meridian Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Organic Burst Maca powder
  • Ice

 

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie. I topped mine with Cacao nibs, frozen blueberries, and goji berries. For some extra superfood goodness.
