Here at Meridian, we’re working tirelessly to show that nut butters are far more than just a popular accompaniment to a slice of toast.

Whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a snack, nut butter has limitless possibilities and we want to show you how versatile nut butter can be.

Our research into nut butter consumption at the end of last year provided us with some fantastic insight, most notably that 70% of nut butter consumption is on toast and that people are spending an average of just 20 minutes on lunch and 30 minutes on dinner.

We got to work and came up with a selection of quick and simple recipes that deliver on look, texture and flavour. Some of our newest creations include Smashed Pea & Almond Toasts, Cauliflower and Cashew Pizza Crust with speedy cheats topping and Salted Caramel Almond Popcorn nests.
