Natural Peanutella

Ingredients

  • 150g Meridian smooth peanut butter
  • 3tbsp good quality, dark, unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 20g unrefined, golden icing sugar
  • 1tbsp Meridian barley malt extract
  • 3tbsp peanut oil
  • pinch of salt to taste

Method

  1. Whiz all the ingredients in a food processor until completely combined.
  2. Spoon into a sterilized jar and keep in the fridge. 

    Cook’s tip – Can be stored in the fridge for up to three months.
