A creamy sauce with mushrooms, white wine and herbs where the ingredients are specially selected for this recipe to be free from dairy products, wheat and gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable for meat, fish, vegetables and quorn, either accompanied by wheat free pasta or rice.

Use
Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot and pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniement of choice until thoroughly cooked.
