A Thai style green curry sauce with coconut where the ingredients are specially selected for this recipe to be free from dairy products, wheat and gluten. The sauce can be used for a complete variety of cooking methods being suitable for meat, fish, vegetables and quorn, either accompanied by wheat free pasta or rice.
Water, Coconut Cream (25%), Green Chilli Puree, Lemon grass, Garlic Puree, Galangal, Rapeseed Oil, Spinach, Sugar, Coriander Leaf, Maize Starch, Lime Juice Concentrate, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Salt, Coriander, Cumin, Vegetable Bouillon (Sugar, Potato Starch, Celery Extract, Yeast Extract, Salt, Onion Extract, Parsley Extract, Onion Powder, Turmeric Extract, Dried Parsley, Citric Acid).

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot and pour over cooked meat, fish vegetables or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniement of choice until thoroughly cooked.
