Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1tbsp good quality unsweetened cocoa
  • 1tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1tbsp Meridian smooth peanut butter
  • 1tbsp whey protein powder
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 250ml oat milk

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Chill to desired temperature.
