A creamy free from sauce with mushrooms, white wine & herbs which is wheat, gluten and dairy free. Try as a sauce with meat, fish, vegetables or quorn and accompany with wheat free pasta or rice.

Ingredients:

Water, Mushrooms (10%), Sunflower Oil, White Wine (6%), Soya flour, Onion, Glucose Syrup, Maize Starch, Salt, Porcini Powder (0.7%), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Garlic, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Sugar Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Dried Parsley, Celery Extract, Onion Extract, Parsley Extract, Turmeric Extract, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid), Black Pepper, Parsley, Marjoram.

Use:

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables, or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until thoroughly cooked. Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
